TMNT Reboot: Shredder 1

It's the 25th Anniversary of TMNT and I have been a fan since the beginning. I'm sure a LOT of people are doing it, but I decided to put my spin on the characters from primarily the toy line/cartoon.
Here is Shredder! The Bad Guy leader! This is my first crack at it..mostly done from memory..I dont particularly like it, but meh.
